Beach Club Policies

To maintain service levels, members are asked to make reservations for fine dining before 5 PM on the day involved. For a party of 10 or more, a minimum 24 hour notice is requested. Due to business volume, reservations for large parties may be split into multiple tables. All requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.  Thank you for your understanding as we strive to provide the best service to all of our members and guests.

As the popularity of the dining room continues to increase, we must ask for your understanding and cooperation with regards to reservations. If you make a reservation for the dining room, particularly during the summer and holiday weekends, we would ask that you honor that reservation upon arriving at the Beach Club for dinner. There have been numerous times upon arriving, the decision was made to cancel the reservation in the dining room and dine in the Lounge. Consequently, a fellow member or guest has not been able to eat in the dining room because they were told earlier in the day we were booked. We do maintain waitlists when booked, but in most instances, it is too late to call another member or guest for that table. We would also ask for your understanding in honoring your reservation time. We will gladly hold your table if you see that you are going to be late, but please call and let us know. If we have not heard from you, we will assume you are not coming and need to release the reservation. No show reservations are subject to a $20.00 per person charge.
Changes or cancellations in Beach Club reservations are required no later than 12 noon on the day involved. If a reservation is not cancelled before 12 noon, then a $20.00 charge per person shall be added to the account.
Dinner orders must be place between 6:00-6:30 PM. Take-out is not available during the holidays. To place a To-Go order call the Reservation line at (843) 546-2410.
