Reservation & Cancellation Policies for Dining


Fine Dining and Special Club Events

We ask for your understanding and cooperation with the importance of making reservations for dinner at the Beach Club and also for special events as well. 

Our goal is to provide the utmost quality food and service and maximize our dining facilities to accommodate as many members as possible.  We staff and prepare in the kitchen based on reservations, so the earlier you can make your reservation, the better we can prepare.

If you make a reservation in the dining room, particularly during the summer and holiday weekends, we ask that you cancel no later than 12:00 PM on the day of service or honor that reservation upon arriving at the Beach Club for dinner. 

Cancelling a reservation in the dining room at the last minute to dine in the Lounge results in other members not being accommodated and your Club’s loss of revenue by not being able to book those seats.  We do maintain wait lists when booked, but in most instances, it is too late to call another member for that table. 

We also ask for your understanding in honoring your reservation time for fine dining.  We will gladly hold your table if you see that you are going to be late but please call and let us know. If we have not heard from you, then we will assume you are not coming and need to release the reservation. No show reservations are subject to a $20.00 per person charge. 

RESERVATION CHANGE and CANCELLATION POLICY

Changes or cancellations in reservations are required no later than 12pm/NOON on the day of the reservation. If a reservation is not cancelled before 12pm/NOON, then a $20.00 charge per person shall be added to the account.

 

TO REQUEST A RESERVATION

Please call Dining Reservations at (843) 546-2410 to request a reservation. Please leave a message with your name, member/guest account number, phone number, date and time of the reservation and number of people in your party. Due to business volume, reservations for large parties may be split into multiple tables. All requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Please know that leaving a message is not a confirmation of a reservation.  Club staff will contact you to confirm or alter your reservation request. 

 **Seating in the Beach Club Lounge is on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are not accepted for the Lounge area and tables cannot be held.

Grill Room Dining at the Clubhouse

Lunch Reservations Not Required
Reservations are not needed for dining during lunch service from 11:00 AM-2:30 PM on Wednesday-Sunday. However, we would appreciate advance notice of large groups joining us for lunch in the Grill Room so that we can be staff appropriately. Grill Room Phone (843) 546-6040.

72 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY for SPECIAL EVENTS

Our goal is to provide the utmost quality food and service and maximize our dining facilities to accommodate as many members as possible. In our effort to accommodate as many members as possible, reservations are required for most Club Special Events, i.e. New Year’s Eve, Easter and are taken on a first come, first serve basis by preregistration with the Club staff. Events with the 72 hour Cancellation Policy will be specified in the newsletter and on the website. Confirmations with the policy details will be emailed to members upon receiving the reservation request.
 

Reservations for Special Events not cancelled 72 hours in advance
will be charged 
in FULL.
