Renter Account Application
Renter Accounts, Fees & Terms:
Renters staying in DeBordieu Colony may apply for temporary membership to use the amenities at DeBordieu Club during their stay.
Renter privileges are based on the type of membership connected to the home being rented:
- Golf Privileges: The home must have Golf or Sports Membership
- Tennis Privileges: The home must have a Golf, Sports, or Tennis Membership
- Beach Social and all other membership types allow access to the fitness center, pools, and dining facilities
A $200 non-refundable daily Amenity Fee will be charged for each day any of the Club facilities are used.
To obtain access to a rental account for club amenities, at least one day of amenity access must be prepaid.
Additional fees apply for golf, tennis, and fitness center use beyond the daily amenity fee.
Sporting activities and dining reservations may not be made more than 3 days in advance.
To apply for renter privileges, you must complete the application below and submit it at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
If the daily amenity fee is declined, renters will not be eligible for a temporary membership account and will not have access to any of the Club facilities.
Renter privileges are granted at the discretion of the Club and may be denied, withdrawn, or revoked at any time if deemed necessary by the Club.
Each renter (i) acknowledges that the DeBordieu Club has no obligations relating to, or responsibilities for, the home that is being rented by the renter and that everything related to the home being rented is the sole responsibility of the party from whom the renter has rented the home, and (ii) waives any and all claims against the Club relating in any way to the home being rented by the renter.
Each renter agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Club harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses and expenses incurred by the Club and caused by, or relating to, the renter or any party acting by, through or under the renter while at DeBordieu Club or while using or accessing any of the Club facilities.
